  • All the staff from valet to the house keepers make you feel like the most important guest. Check in was a breeze, no long waits in line. The bell desk took quite awhile to bring our luggage up but we got a call saying they would be late due to a problem with another guest. I appreciated the call and didn't mind the wait since I was informed of what was going on. I love have you have to show your room keep to get to the guest elevators. It prevents people from just wandering around where they shouldn't be. The rooms are gorgeous and make you feel like you are right at home. All the rooms are suites. It's so nice to have a bed and a separate sitting area. The bed is very comfortable. I love all the little room extras like his and hers bathroom sinks, robes, and a TV in the bathroom. Would definitely stay again!
