  • Nice and clean and staff sets their own fees as they 'rent'. It's nice that at the concierge desk there's always someone paying attention and not jibber jabbering with coworkers or filing her/his nails! For clean simple nails and the best pedi you've ever had see Lisa LaDelfa. For great highlights in a private room away from the madness see Teddy Marlow. Every person I've dealt with in this facility loves the owner and says she's warm and friendly and actually cares about clients and contractors. I bring this up because I believe customer service starts at the top, and in this organization it's obvious that customer service and timeliness is everything. The shop doesn't get a perfect score because I believe some services they offer are too medically geared for a salon. I would rather see a professional for those services than a 'tech'.
