  • Their customer service people are rude and condescending, all their policies regarding equal payment plans or other services are skewed in their favor, their position on net metering is totally weighted against the customer. They should thank their stars they are a monopoly and have totally suborned the Governor and the PUC. But - this is the last gasp of a dying business model - beware NV energy and Governor Sandoval - the times they are a changing
