We were visiting from out of town and wanted ramen. Through Yelp, this was the closest location. Not knowing what to expect, off we went. When we realized it was in the mall we were a bit skeptical. Since we really wanted ramen and we had limited time, we went for it.
What a surprise! While they did not have traditional ramen, they did have noodle soup. The dashi (soup base) was perfect. Not too salty and flavorful. We added on pork shumai and shrimp dumplings. They were excellent as well.
The atmosphere was simple being a mall restaurant, but the food was great. We could see where the food was being prepared from scratch, which was a nice add. We would go back next time we are in town.
