I stayed at this hotel for the first time a few months ago and it was a very positive experience. The only problem at that time was the girl in the cafe shop was not very friendly or customer-oriented. I felt like I was bothering her. But everyone else who I had contact with was extremely friendly and professional. So when I checked in 2 days ago I was eager to see if the hotel could live up to the high standard that was set my first visit. This time they exceeded the standard! The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. I also used the fitness room and everything was good. All of the employees I had contact with were extremely personable and professional. They made me feel like they were glad to have me as a guest. Especially Melissa at the front desk. She treated me as if I were a member of the family coming for the weekend. She was accommodating and extremely helpful throughout the whole weekend. The night I checked in there was a small problem with my room and housekeeping was called. I was exhausted as it was very late so I wasn't in the best of moods. Maria G from housekeeping came to fix the problem and she was so pleasant and sweet. By the time she left my room I had forgotten that there was actually an issue in the first place. I hope that management does everything possible to keep these wonderful employees on staff. They are a great asset to this hotel!!
