  • This resort is extremely beautiful and the landscape is pristine. The room was a nice size and had a fire place on the back patio that was nice. Unfortunately those are the only positives for the entire stay. Starting at checkin our room wasn't ready until half an hour after the guranteed time of 4. So now the entire first day is gone, but that wasn't the end of it . When they brought our bags up one was found to be missing. It took them another half hour of looking to find the bag that they said had gotten separated from the rest. The food at the actual resort is extremely pricey ($26 for an average breakfast buffet) and not particularly good. The service everywhere is extremely slow and unresponsove (took over a a half hour for the worker to come light the aftermentioned fireplace the first night and they never even came to do it the second night) and overall for as much as you are paying it definitely doesn't feel worth it. I really wanted to love this place but left feeling like I wasted my money.
