  • Not customer friendly. Had been traveling on business for several weeks and they notified me that package they were holding would be shipped back if not picked up today. Asked them to hold for one more day so I could get back in town and received the "we have a policy" response. On another occasion they were extremely rude when my partner picked up packages there. Will take my business elsewhere.
