  • Well, nothing was broken, so there's that. It was fairly quick. But let's see...the movers took 15 minutes to find the unit once entering the complex, and these are condos, not a big complex. They didn't speak English, either of them, so I couldn't even attempt to help direct them. They charged me for those extra 15 minutes. They got there and mumbled and grunted and there was no communication other than pointing and noises, it was barbaric. They were very rude and called me, "lady" and "hey lady" to get my attention. They drove 20 under the speed limit behind me. They finished after about an hour 20, and charged me for two hours. As well as a gas fee that I wasn't told about even as I was paying for it. I left feedback online and I got a call back with a "tough luck" attitude. Real nice. Will not be using again.
