  • During a recent visit to Vegas, I thoroughly enjoyed some Absinthe (real deal). It was served with the burning sugar cube, cold water drip and natural emulsion in Pernod Absinthe. The bar tender was very knowledgeable about libations and the colorful history of Vegas. The atmosphere at the Art Bar is loungy and elegant. For a unique experience, I highly recommend partaking of the Absinthe despite any consternations you may have. Bon chance!
