  • I went to Shona for a pedicure and full set manicure. I didn't have an appointment, but they accept walk ins. I was seated for my full set first. A quarter of the way through, the owner who was doing my nails, let me know they did not have time for a pedicure. If I had known that they only had time for one service, I would have gotten the pedicure. I was given gel even though I asked for regular polish, and there was nothing done to my nails to prepare them for my full acrylic set. I will not be coming back here and I wouldn't recommend anyone wastes their money here. Not only did I not get what I asked for, I was made uncomfortable with the conversation I was forced to have while getting my service.
