  • Our townhouse community has been using SunCountry for regular and basic landscape maintenance. Nothing fancy or complicated. We were very excited about their promised services and initial few visits. Large uniformed crew. Fast workers with professional behavior. Great initial clean-up of some deferred maintenance. However they have repeatedly broken sprinklers and follow up correction has been difficult. One of their promised services is post-service site inspection which is either not done, or not done well. Sun-shielding shrubs were cut back much too drastically from windows while other areas suffer from lack of attention. A promised master plan has yet to be done. The management does not seem responsive to requests. We are disappointed but still trying to work with them. We are hoping to see some improvement, and will update our review accordingly.
