Unfortunately I can't rate the service because my issue was making the appointment! I live in NY and travel to Phoenix 8 to 10 times a year. I make every attempt to take advantage of the many wonderful spas Phoenix/Scottsdale have to offer. I have my favorites and use Spa week to check out spas that I would like to try.
This past spa week I made an appointment for ISCI 3 weeks in advance for a back facial. ISCI confirmed my Monday 130p appointment the day before as typical procedure. I was at another spa earlier in the day when I checked my cell phone to find a voice mail from ISCI telling me that there was a mix up with appointments and I would need to be rescheduled for later in the day. That did not work for my schedule so I requested an appointment for a few days later and was given a 1030a appointment for Wed. On Tues night I was contacted and told that there was another appointment mix up and I was being rescheduled for Wed at 1pm. That was not convenient, so I rescheduled for 9am on Thursday.
After given what transpired with appointment mix ups the last few days I decided I didn't want my schedule disrupted again and canceled the Thursday appointment. I have never experienced such an unprofessional spa. With the hundreds of wonderful spas in this area why would anyone accept this treatment!
