  • We had an appointment on Wed between 4pm and 430pm. They show up at 3pm when we are not home. They said our appointment was between 3 and 330pm. Um no, I don't get home from work until 4pm. Why would I schedule one earlier. Ok fine, things happen. Rescheduled for today between 4 and 430pm and get a call at 330pm saying they need to reschedule. Call and find out the person who does the estimates doesn't work that late. WTF why make an appointment then? If you can't make appointments on time what makes you think you will get my lawn done in a timely manner. Never using them again and don't recommend to anyone. Now thanks to them we are at least a week behind. What a joke.
