  • Love this place. Items are reasonably priced, and there seems to be a lot of new stuff each time I stop in. It's fun just to look, and there is no pressure to buy. I drive by this location all of the time, and I try to make a point to stop in at least once a month to peruse the treasures. I got some great original art and framed posters here, as well as some vintage knick knacks. Staff is friendly and helpful without being pushy. I went antiquing along 7th Avenue a little while ago, and the prices were triple what you get similar merchandise for at Turtle's Treasures. The cool thing about Turtle's Treasures is that most everything is vintage and unique. I hate the mass-produced furniture and furnishings at Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, etc... For something a little funky, vintage, and gently-used, I would check out the treasure trove of the turtle.
