  • BEWARE - ZERO STARS - I contacted LHM Toyota to purchase a vehicle online. I had already selected the Buy-Now tab and was willing to purchase the vehicle. I had the pricing sheet from the Buy Now and contacted them to see next steps, the first man I spoke to was very nice and provided me with all the additional information and then said let me place you on hold. Then another person came on the line and I explained that I want to purchase this truck for my husband and that I have the buy now price and he said let me send you the correct numbers - I said I already have the invoice from your buy now screen. He then explained that this doesn't include the upgrades, then why do you have it listed on the website for this price. He said it's an error - so that's my fault! This was on Monday - the truck still has a buy now on it for the same damn price. It's called the bait and switch - I HATE car dealers that lie to customers to lure them onto the lot. I will never purchase a car from any Larry Miller Dealer regardless of the price.
