Called about an eye emergency my eye had swollen up and it became very sensitive to light. Showed up 5 minutes early to my appointment to find that the door was locked and that the office was out to lunch. So now I'm sitting outside with with hyper sensitive eye breathing in the pollen that caused my eye to swell in the first place. Not to mention the front office staff is incredibly rude, they threatened to charge me 120 dollars because I said I didn't have time to go home and grab my insurance card, I asked if I could scan and send it to them. They said no so i had to drive home half blind to retrieve my card, they showed no compassion or understanding. I regret even purchasing lenses from them a month or so ago.
