  • I went to Aspen dental for a cleaning and also to have my wisdom teeth taken out. The cleaning went fine although they were very pushy for me to get a cancer screening for only $X. It felt like they were on a quota. When it came to my wisdom teeth, it wasn't so great. They had me pay several hundred dollars in full when scheduling an appointment because that was the only way they could reserve a time for me. Apparently the doctor who does this procedure is only available once a month. This also meant they picked the day of the appointment. Begin the nightmare... a few weeks later they then proceeded to reschedule me not once, but twice because "the doctor was not available." So much for my money reserving me an appointment. (remind me again why I already paid?) The second time they called to reschedule I just canceled my appointment and requested my money back. I couldn't keep rescheduling my life around their one-day-a-month options. They did process a refund but it took a while and another call for them to get around to it. I won't be returning.
