  • This place is TRASH. I scheduled a 90 minute hot stone massage the night before with a girl who seemed competent at what she does for a living, I would soon find out that she was not. I went to my massage, got there early to fill out paperwork. Everything was fine in the beginning. I met with my massage therapist and undressed for the massage. She began my massage with decent medium pressure, but after a while I thought "when are the hot stones coming into play?". So I asked her when she would incorporate them into the massage. She stated she didn't know that I wanted the hot stones as they were not on the paper work. I told her I scheduled the hot stones with the receptionist the night before. She left and retrieved the hot stones.... which I ended up wishing I never even asked for because after she began to use them, my massage was basically just an oil rub down with heat. Whatever... so I get done with the massage and go to the reception desk to pay and I thought I would just forget about the things I didn't like about the massage and tip her well anyway. UNTIL, the receptionist started having issues with my gift card that I was gifted. I was told that the 90 minute massage was $109 the night before when I booked. While she was trying to run my gift card for $100 she couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. The other and what seemed like more veteran receptionist stated it was because she was putting in my full total of $134 dollars on the gift card not the $100 and to collect the $34 from me on a different card. I halted because I was only supposed to owe $9 dollars plus whatever I tipped. The newer girl who was running my card stated that she told me last night on the phone about the $25 dollar up charge for hot stones. I told her there was a ZERO PERCENT chance she told me about the upgrade because I did not want to spend much more than what was on my $100 gift card. She repeatedly lied and stated that she did tell me about this. WHICH SHE DID NOT. LISTEN TO THE RECORDED PHONE CALL. The more veteran receptionist said they would take the $25 dollars off today and I stated IT SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF ANYWAY because the massage therapist didn't even get the damn hot stones until I REMINDED HER. IT WAS A SHIT SHOW. I was embarrassed by the two receptionists after I was already pissed off that I basically just got an hour and half oil rub. DON'T GO HERE. The waiting room is too damn small as well and everyone waiting can hear your conversations. TRASH TRASH TRASH TRASH TRASH!!!!! I'M PISSED. I was looking forward to this massage after working my ass off and finally finishing my masters degree, I'm so MAD I wasted my $100 gift card that I got from family for a present on this place.
