  • Worst customer service EVER. I was here with my boyfriend for over 49 minutes waiting to be helped. Come to find out, we weren't even on the list to be helped in the first place! Not only this, but after seeing 6 employees on the floor, they all disappeared and the floor was empty. This happens every time I come into a sprint store, and most certainly the location on 7th st / Bell. My alms of considering switching over to sprint across the street. At this point- Verizon is just a joke.
