  • Do not get fooled by the good reviews!!! The last time I have been to this place was about 2 months ago. I've been wanting to write a review for this place but I've been busy..so finally. Basically I have been a loyal customer for over a year until now. I always requested the masseuse named Jackie, who by the way, the best masseuse ever I've had. So I walked in and this old lady (seems like she is the owner of this place) greeted me then I asked for Jackie. She said he no longer works there. I was SO disappponted. She asked me if I'm okay with the diff masseuse and was telling me how good he is. So I trusted her but I was still skeptical about it. The masseuse I had was not as good as Jackie, not even close. Throughout the whole time when he massaged me he was not consistent at all. Therefore overall experience was so disappointing. I decided not to tip him good; I ended up tipping him $5 of $30. The old lady at the counter asked me how much for the tip, TOLD her $5. She immediately nodded her head, made a face, and was talking to herself in her language. I was simply lost for words. I was so annoyed by her wanted to get out of that place ASAP, but then she handed me the receipt asking me to sign on it. And guess what I noticed! There was a $7 charge for the tip!!!!!! I could not believe my eyes. I was so upset almost ready to scream at her asking why she charged me $2 extra, she asked me if I did not like the service, told her I was not happy AT ALL, that's why I'm only tipping him this much. Then she nodded her head AGAIN and rolled her eyes at me. It was ridiculous. She then gave me $2 back in cash and I do not even carry cash at all. I felt like I got ripped off big time because carrying unwanted cash with me is such a hassel for me ( I know this may sound weird but hey..). I was soooo mad at that time I wanted to argue with her but thought for a second it was not worth it. Now that I realize it, I should have thrown 2 pieces of paper at her face. I was mad for a few days and of course decided not to come back to this place ever!!!!!!!!! Please people not only beware of the old lady at the counter but also some of the masseuses who work over there are not professional. Do not waste your time and money here please go somewhere else. Not worth it at all :(
