It's really sad because the doctors are real nice. The problem from what I heard is that Costco's decline in customer service has to be matched by the on-site subcontractors. I set an appointment for 2:30. We've been there before so there shouldn't have been a delay. At 2:30 I'm told that the Dr. is at lunch and that she would be back at 2:40. I told her I was on a tight time schedule and she assured me my son would be first in. There were three people in the waiting room. A Dr. comes back in at 2:40 and they go right to the first person that was waiting there. Here's the sad part. There were four patients in the waiting room. Five staff members sucking up air and one doctor. The last time they replaced all the hustling young ladies their with "seasoned" medical office staff the same thing happened. Tons of indifference and lack of intellect in scheduling and I had to wait two hours. This place is horrible with the customer service. Doctors are nice but scheduling and office folks were just sadly indifferent and reckless with the schedules of others. Go here only if you are willing to save $20.00 on an exam elsewhere in exchange for an hour wait and a doctor at lunch.
