  • I haven't been here recently since I stopped working in Sewickley, but this was always my go-to for a morning buzz or an afternoon perk. The baristas are friendly and do recognize their regular customers; y'all know how much I like being a regular for that reason! Their drink redemption corral area could use some re-thinking. It's right by the bathroom in a corner and it gets all backed up and crowded if it's a busy day. (I'm saying this after their re-design a few years ago!) The tables also get crumby and the milk/sugar station could use attention more frequently. Many times I've had to return an empty milk carafe because of inconsiderate people and inattentive staff members who leave them on the stand. Also, watch out for the pre-teens buying $8 Frappuchinos with Daddy's money and the trophy wives feeding tea to their toddlers (yes, I've seen both multiple times here). That isn't a criticism of the business, though, so that isn't factored into my rating; it's just a product of where you are. Pros: friendly staff, consistent food/drink quality Cons: flow, inattentive staff, frequently dirty tables/beverage station
