I don't know where to start other than the fact that Cox treats their customers like crap, and that it is probably a requirement to be super rude to work there. I was a customer for three years. Constant billing issues and needing to reset the cable box and internet. More recently, I had to reset my cable box on a daily basis. Finally I was told I could swap it out. I was promised a credit that I never received. I called back and got my credit. The next month my bill is $90 higher...Apparently, my promotions had expired even though my two year agreement wasn't up. The initial representative was rude and condescending. I had to wait 30mins for her supervisor. Her supervisor told me she saw my promotions had expired and even though I was guaranteed that price, she couldn't put them back. The I talked to the loyalty department which totally ruined it. This guy was so rude it's disgusting. I ended up cancelling. I'd rather not watch T.V. than to give you all another dime of my hard earned money. Beware, no matter how long you are a customer, or if you pay on time, they will treat you and talk to you like dirt, but then still expect you to pay a fortune for their mediocre service.
