  • I've been a customer for years and this company is really awful! It takes FOREVER on hold and being transferred around to get things done. Then, to add insult to injury they raise their prices on you so it's impossible to have a consistent budgeting. TERRIBLE SERVICE - plan on 30 to 45 minutes of your life wasted whenever you have to call. Also, it's impossible to schedule helpers since they won't commit to any reasonable drop pff or pick up times. You may have to pay your movers hundreds of dollars to sit and wait for PODS to show up.
