  • If you enjoy people who appear to be on work release manhandling your vehicle than this is the place for you. When Octopuss Car Wash closed down/sold out I was distraught I didn't know where to bring my vehicle for a good washing/cleaning. Enter Mermaid which is the closest non self service wash to my house. Turns out after forking over $18 at the minimum and having such an enticing variety of car scents such as lime and baby powder your vehicle is ushered into a bay where they are in such a rush you literally have to jump out almost before putting your car in Park as they start vacuuming around you. Your vehicle is in and out suspiciously fast and there always seems to be spots even when you're done as well as they don't clean your center console at all which is just infuriating what a waste of money. On my last visit they were so rough with my 2016 that it dislodged the firmly secured covering to the bottom of my backseat passengers side. Never again. I will continue my search for someplace where I don't feel like I'm going to get robbed twice.
