  • The beds, location and facility are super nice 5 star! Some of the staff are 5 star and some are 1 :( I've been coming here for maybe a bit over a year and most recently was sold a package that wasn't explained well to me or maybe my brain wasn't working well at the moment... regardless I purchased something I didn't understand or want and as I was being rung up I realized it. I asked to be refunded or if the amount I spent could be put towards something else. The woman helping me said she couldn't but she would put a note on my file and there would be an answer from a manager next time I came back. I came back the next week - no update. I have since been into the store again and called twice and heard nothing. In my experience I would say one or two of the staff care and the rest spend more time on their phone than helping customers. Too bad since it's an otherwise nice place.
