  • My boyfriend and I visited Gameworks for the eat and play combo. To say the least; we were not impressed. The customer service was so-so. The restaurant was mostly empty when we walked in but our waitress still gave the impression that our simple order was difficult and was less than friendly throughout the meal. The food was the only saving grace and even that left something to be desired. After finishing the meal we walked down to the games only to find the majority of games the eat and play combo allowed were out of order. (The one or two hour pass can not be used to play games that give tickets or prizes) I would recommend paying a bit more and going to Dave and Buster's if your in the mood for this type of establishment.
