  • The most horrible, rude and incompetent staff! Do not bother going to this location unless you absolutely have to...of course who has to have McDonald's, but that's a different conversation altogether. Anyhow, I had one woman actually ask me how much change she needed to give back to me. I had a guy snap at me when I asked for a McGriddle - "Just the cakes or the whole sandwich?!" Would have taken that question a lot differently had the attitude not been present. I totally despise the way they hand your items over in the drive-thru as if you're putting them out. I have been nice every time I've stopped there. I tried to chalk up my first couple of experiences to maybe the person is just having a bad day. Unfortunately the staff are apparently trained to be jerks.
