  • Was on hold for over 30 minutes for the guy to say "No the car is not here. Someone just called and I checked and its not here" So, I called metro and they tell me the vehicle is in Ewing Bros. Interesting.. So I called back, and the girl doesn't even bother to apologize or anything. They did have the car. Horrible customer service.
