  • Honestly I can't say enough positive things about the incredible dining experience we had here. I made a reservation on open table a couple weeks beforehand because I knew I wanted to come here with my mother while we were visiting Las Vegas. They do ask to hold a credit card to make the reservations which is a good thing to be aware of when making a res. From the moment we went up the elevators from the Casino Floor everyone was extremely friendly and uber attentive. I have sat at the bar a couple times to have champagne and watch the fountains but this was the first time I have eaten there, we made a lunch reservation. They sat my mother and I at an incredible table overlooking the strip- with a view of the Bellagio Fountain Water Show. Sebastian our waiter, and a true French transplant, was beyond words. He was attentive, friendly, professional and made us ladies feel like a million bucks. At one point he "noticed" I was cold and wrapped a pashmina around my shoulders in the restaurants matching crimson red color. I have been to some very upscale restaurants but I must say Sebastian was definitely one of the most incredible servers I have ever had. He lavished us with just the right amount of attention and even a special dessert!! The food was delicious, by far our favorite meal we had while in Vegas. We started with cocktails- I had The Painkiller (delicious) and my mother had the Signature Eiffel Tower cocktail- also delightful. To start we shared the French cheese plate, which came with three different cheeses-really really amazing. And then both had the Salmon Paillard- which was fresh and amazing. We finished the meal off with the trio of sorbets which were great but paled in comparison to the delicious special pot de creme, Sebastian gave us as a thank you, holy moly it was heavenly. Overall this place has the best, food, service and decor I have ever experienced on The Las Vegas Strip...clearly I could go on and on...can't wait to make it a staple. Thanks Eiffel Tower Restaurant!!!!
