  • The front staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. I am in my 40s. While trying to schedule an appointment I was rudely asked if I was over 60 and when I said really, I got a neck bob and eye roll. I am a cancer patient with issues in my hip because of radiation. I was made fun of because apparently only older people have hip issues. When I tried to schedule PT, also ordered by my oncologist, I was told only one person in the entire office could make those appointments and for some reason she did not want to schedule the appointment. After a week, although my doctor ordered PT ASAP, I had still not gotten a call to even make an appointment. I called several times after trying in person and no one picked up the phone and no call was returned. I tried to make a complaint to the office manager. There is not anyone to speak with in person. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was the one lectured. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor's office. I am going to a different PT office.
