  • The owner Paul was great to work with both over the phone and in person. With how friendly he is it's clear he wants your business. Once he showed up I couldn't believe how fast they got to work. Not only did they clean my carpet fast but they did an amazing job. We had him clean one of our rooms that previously housed a letterbox and no matter how many times we had tried to clean the room still smelled of cat urine. After Five Star finished the room was not just visibly cleaner but the smell has been gone ever since. Fun Fact. He did a small part of our tile to and we will definitely be using him in the future to clean the rest of the tile in our house. Water/Flood damage or just general cleaning, these are the guys to go with for great service and great value. You won't be disappointed!
