  • Horrible service by receptionist & provider. We walked in right at 5pm. Although the front door says they close at 5pm, the receptionist said they stopped taking patients at 4:40...how's that allowed when sign says 5? Then I asked her to plz ask the doctor to make an exception as my 8 yr old has a bladder infection. The provider, a short older lady with a upset attitude, starts going off on me how boys don't have bladder infections and how she has a meeting to go to (on a Sunday night?). Ends up after being humiliated in the lobby on front of other patients, they lost his info and didn't have him in the system, also didn't take his new insurance. We gladly left and went to Banner Urgent Care on Cooper where they were very friendly and accommodating.
