| - I went in yesterday to see if they could resize my engagement ring (it's about 1 size too big, my fault for not knowing my own ring size when my fiance asked...), and a very friendly woman named Michelle helped me out. She had me try on the different ring sizers to determine my actual ring size, and she measured my ring on a metal rod to confirm the size of that as well.
After evaluating the ring to see how they could cut it without compromising the diamonds, metal or design, she explained the process, gave me a quote and told me they could have it done in a week. Like most newly engaged women, I really didn't want to part ways with my ring for that long, so I asked if it was possible to put a ring guard on it instead. She said she could definitely do that and have it done within 10 minutes...and it would be FREE! I decided that was the best option, not only because it wouldn't cost a dime, but because if my fingers swell, I can just adjust the ring guard. Michelle agreed that it would be a better option since the guard can be adjusted or removed if I need it to be.
Overall, great experience. Very hospitable and friendly staff...and of course the jewelry is GORGEOUS (I had 10 minutes to browse).
