| - Unfortunate, because we always liked this place. It was bad from the start! I tried to reserve the fireplace area below the TV on the back, inside patio for 15 people for happy hour, where we have sat before many times. They said that was for dinner only. How can you eat dinner without a table? They said they don't take reservations for happy hour, and that is fine but they wouldn't even let us sit out there? It was completely empty when looking at it when leaving.
We were lucky enough to get one table large enough for us all to sit at inside near the bar area. The manager and waitress were very rude to our party and told us we cannot save the seats at our table for our group that was coming. They sent others there to sit with us but when the others realized that we were all one group and had more people come in without a seat, they left and expressed their opinion on how management handled that, which wasn't good. The manager told my friend that he didn't care if we all came back or not and the waitress told me, after we received one check for 16 people, including a 20% gratuity which wasn't deserved, that she didn't care how many other places accommodated us for separate checks, they don't! Since when? They always did.
It is unfortunate as I said because we all loved going here regularly, including Thanksgiving eve, and were always able to sit outside around the fireplace, and always received our own checks for what we separately ordered. What happened to this place? Is there a new owner, or new management? Very unprofessional staff and not accommodating at all!
