Savoury Restaurant is owned by Corbin Tomaszeski and is such an elusive space within the hotel. Dining is done by reservation for groups of 4+ and a new and unique menu is curated for each experience depending on season and creativity of the chefs. They opened to the public recently and I loved my time there. It was very interactive and we got to spend the whole evening talking to Corbin (owner), Jeremy (sommelier), and Matthew (sous-chef) while they prepped the pairings for us. The dishes are finalized (ex. steak is seared) and put together on the spot for us to see.
