  • Let me preface by being slightly obnoxious LOL I have been very lucky that when I was younger my parents allowed me to experience really nice luxurious experiences and now that I am an adult I seek out the same experience. I have to say this hotel let me down I heard amazing things from people who went there a year or two ago and that is why I decided to go. The only friendly staff member was the lovely women who checked us in everyone else was just rude and made it seem like you should be grateful they showed up for work today. There are people standing and opening doors very selectively I have never seen that sort of shitty attitude at a nice hotel. Seems like staff purposely avoids eye contact cause god forbid they will need to smile at you.. THE BIGGEST LETDOWN was it was our anniversary I planned it and called and ask for champagne to be delivered to the room on certain day and time and it was confirmed several times... The surprise was ruined because it was a lot later and I had to keep calling and asking about it. Yes it's a beautiful hotel that is slowly going downwards it's just not worth the price tag or the hype.
