L & S AIR ARE INCOMPETENT, UNRELIABLE & IRRESPONSIBLE... wish I could leave 0 Stars...
I was referred to L & S Air Conditioning from First American Home Warranty.
- First Appointment - NO SHOW - I called to question where the tech was and if he was coming. They said he was. Tech never showed. New appointment scheduled.
- Tech did show up. Determined we needed a new Control Board in our Air Handler. Part was sourced locally and appointment made for 2 days later.
- Another Tech showed up later in the day and hadn't realized that someone else had already been here.
- Same Tech showed up on time 2 days later, but part was incorrect. The correct part could not be sourced locally. L & S Air Conditioning did find the part but would not expedite, so additional days passed before a Tech could get back here.
- A new Tech showed up to install the new Control Board. After about 20 minutes he determined that he could not do it. He didn't know if it was an incorrect part or what the story was.
- I call L & S Air Conditioning and they couldn't tell me anything regrading the part or rescheduling until they got a written report from the Tech and a Supervisor was briefed.
- I spoke with First American and requested a new contractor come to fix my Heat as L & S Air Conditioning were not only incompetent but unreliable. They scheduled a new contractor.
- The next morning the new contractor arrived and in 2 hours made the new Control Board, left here but L & S Air Conditioning, work and all is well now.
Not only are are L & S Air Conditioning INCOMPETENT, UNRELIABLE & IRRESPONSIBLE, but the waiting time on the phone to speak with someone is inordinately long as well as representative that are short/rude when an issue is presented.
