  • 5 Star treatment all around. We booked 3 rooms as invited guest. We checked in at the invited guest room and they have complimentary coffee, tea, and water. The whole process was very fast and we quickly got our rooms. My Sister's room smelled like cigarettes with old perfume and she was quickly upgraded to a suite. The views were amazing from the room and room service was fast. The pancakes and eggs benedict were really tasty. They also sent complimentary water to the room. The gym is also very updated and has a lot of new equipment you don't find at other hotels. It was also very accessible to walk to the Planet Hollywood for the Piece of Me show with the kids. Overall, it was an amazing stay. Check out process is also very fast.
