I lived here for three years and there were all sorts of issues from sewerage backing up in the bathtub to lots of creepy neighbors - but the price was right and the location is great and "things happen".
But this was the main issue:
I didn't have hot water off and on for months and the manager was just terrible about it. It was warm out and I made-do with bath's in a couple inches of water but I finally lost my patience with how it was being dealt with. The manager would rant, yell and freak out with excuses about the repair people and missing parts. I was understanding for a couple weeks but it went on for over two months. There was never any concern about the issue from my perspective. I never got any response when I took it up with their corporate headquarters. I moved out early and the situation just got uglier from there. It was one of those situations where I would have needed to document everything and only communicate through legal channels and certified mail if I were to get anywhere with it.
The last thing I want to do in my busy life is deal with that.
