  • We've been going to Queen West and Dundas West Animal Hospital (they are affiliated) with our dogs and cats for about 8 years now, and I can't say enough about them. Our experience is specifically with Scott Bainbridge and Paula Fisher - they are such kind people and truly caring about our animals, as are the rest of the staff. Scott has caught serious conditions early on in both of our dogs and allowed us to extend their lives by several years - and when it came time to put them down, they were so compassionate and considerate - Paula was so amazing - they even sent us condolence cards afterwards, signed by everyone. And now with our newly adopted dogs I would never take them anywhere else, I trust them implicitly. I love that everyone fawns over our furry kids there, and after any visit they follow up on the phone and make sure everything's okay. They really are the best vets we've ever had.
