Let me start by saying the food was very good, the service far below what would be expected at a fine dining restaurant. Not 2 minutes after ordering our food, not even enough time to enjoy our drinks, our appetizer arrived. And then again, 2 minutes after the appetizer plates were cleared our entrees arrived. I then asked to speak to the manager (owner/chef was not there). The manager was defensive, rude, first blaming me - I should have known the burrata comes out quickly and I should have told the server I did not want to be rushed, and finally, telling us that is how the owner wants the food served (the table next to us was not served at the same pace). She made no effort to apologize or to make things right. She probably went to the United Airlines school of customer service. We finished our meal in about 40 minutes - no way to enjoy an evening out. It was a Thursday night, the restaurant was about 2/3 full.
