  • Arrived on time for a bone density scan but waited over an hour from the scheduled time for this 15-20 minute test. Yes, they kept coming and telling me just a few more minutes but really....waiting in the dressing room for 3 times longer than the test itself takes! From now on I will find somewhere else in the West Valley for these types of tests. I simply refuse to pay the high price of health care and be treated this way.
