  • From the first time Craig and Bernadette sat down with us at our house, they were clear about the process of selling our house and very professional in their approach to the purchase of our future home. Our house got two offers the first day on the market, no doubt due to their stellar reputation and history of performance. We sold so quickly because of the name recognition of BH and most assuredly Craig Tann. Bernadette was patient, accomodating, and always kept the lines of communication open with us, even when we were confused or impatient! We found our dream home and are now living the dream, and it's all thanks to our good friend Bernadette. We felt even up to the last signature on our purchase that we were being taken care of by the best in the business, and I would recommend the Tann team to anyone who wants to be with the best!
