  • This cable company is the only choice in NC and it's awful, but my parents are stuck with it right now. I am considering cutting the cable and phone service off, because this service is so bad that it's not worth paying for. Also TWC always seem to find ways to overcharge you or increase your monthly bill and then when you call in to correct your bill, they tell you that you need to go to a store and they can't help you over the phone or they just can't do anything at all. Cable/Phone/Internet Service = Poor Customer Service = Terrible Avoid using them if you can.
