  • I have to come back and mark Winco down from my already low 2-star, to a 1-star. I went back because it was convenient, and picked up Apples, chips, some bulk candy, and some frozen foods. I found the apples overripe, the chips smelled like they were stored next to dryer sheets, and some of the candy was so stale it was hard as a rock. When three out of 8 (counting the frozen foods I also bought) items are defective, it can't be a coincidence. Obviously they are selling inferior products and that is how they bring the price down.
