  • UPDATE: I canceled my membership and was told I would receive a refund on my last month's payment. 10 days later I called to ask what was happening with my refund. The man on the phone told me that the refund was denied by the district manager AND NO ONE CALLED ME. I WAS COMPLETELY NEGLECTED. How dare they attempt to keep my money and not inform me.
