  • Great food, horrible service. Their burgers are excellent: juicy, flavorful, delicious. My friends enjoyed their veggie burger and chicken sandwich too. The chicken sandwich was ordered grilled, but arrived breaded and was sent back. That was just the beginning of service that was just awful. The food arrived, but we had no silverware or napkins. One of my group of 3 asked for utensils, so the waitress brought her a knife and fork. The other 2 didn't get any. Then I asked for utensils (ordered burger with no bun-I really needed utensils) and she brought mine, but no napkin, and neither for the 3rd person. When the chicken sandwich came prepared as ordered, she STILL didn't bring utensils! Later after the plates were cleared the waitress asked my friend if she wanted more ice water. She didn't offer iced tea to the other 2 people sitting there with empty glasses. Then another server filled up my friend's glass with black tea, but didn't fill mine with green. I had to ask yet another server for more tea. It was bizarre-they couldn't see the needs of the whole table, just 1 person at a time. They need to hire some smarter people, these dingbats are hurting business.
