  • This place is horrible. Don't even bother making an appointment because apparently they have no idea what appointment means. My friend and I were on our lunch break and they took her right away, but I was still waiting 20 minutes after my appointment time. When they finally were able to take me, I told them never mind because I didn't have enough time..they pressured me to still get my nails done and promised they would have everything done by the time I needed to leave.. Instead, I left there with my previous gel nails off (which I would have rather still had those on) and had to pay $17!!!! Apparently getting gel nails removed is $5 and then having them file the nail to make it smooth again is considered a manicure. I didn't get a hand massage or nail polish on my nails, so I am not sure how that is considered a manicure, but the owner did not budge the price when I tried explaining this to him. Never going back!!!!!
