  • Used them for a second time couple years later. When setting it up I expressed my concerns from the last experience and they promised they would make sure I had experienced movers this time. they followed through on that. They showed up, let me show them exactly what was needed and they instantly got to work. The one frustrating thing this time was spending so... much... time.. wrapping the couches. I understand liability, but it was really over the top. Either way I had a 3 hour estimate and they busted their butts to make sure it didn't go over. They DID go over by 10 minutes and were like... aww sorry took over 3 gotta charge you. I was like... oh come on 10 minutes over charge another $50 ? you don't think you had at least 10 minutes of down time or wasted time? The guy called up and changed it to a 3 hour job with a 10 minute break (just needs to call work and tell them to change final bill). So I got charged for my exact estimate. Needless to say I used that extra $50 to tip movers before they left. (they didn't expect this when they reduced it) They were extremely polite and grateful entire time. It was nice being downstairs and hearing them upstairs quietly talking saying Hey let's hurry up and try to keep it under three hours for him. Better experience for sure.
